House Rental Contract - Article One

In this House Rental Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), the Landlord and the Tenant (collectively referred to as the "Parties") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Property Description:

The Landlord agrees to lease the property located at [property address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Property") to the Tenant for the duration of this Contract.

2. Lease Term:

The lease term shall begin on [start date] and shall continue for a period of [lease term duration] months. The Tenant shall vacate the Property upon the expiration of the lease term, unless both Parties agree to extend or renew the Contract.

3. Rent Payment:

a. The Tenant agrees to pay a monthly rent of [rent amount] on or before the [due date] of each month during the lease term. The rent payment shall be made in [currency] and can be made through [payment method].

b. Late payment of rent shall incur a penalty fee of [penalty fee amount] for each day the payment is delayed.

4. Security Deposit:

5. Maintenance and Repairs:

6. Termination:

a. Either Party may terminate this Contract by providing a written notice of [number of days] prior to the desired termination date.

b. In case of early termination by the Tenant, the Tenant shall be responsible for paying the rent until a new tenant is found or until the lease term expires, whichever comes first.

7. Governing Law:

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

8. Entire Agreement:

If any provision of this Contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Execution:
