Hello everyone, my name is Sarah and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you all. I am currently a senior at XYZ High School and I am excited to be here today.
Firstly, let me tell you a little bit about my background. I was born and raised in a small town in China, but I have always had a passion for English and the Western culture. This is what motivated me to apply to an international high school and pursue my education in English.
I have been studying English for over 10 years now and I am proud to say that I have achieved a high level of proficiency. Aside from academics, I am also very passionate about extracurricular activities. I am a member of the school's debate club and have participated in several tournaments. In addition to debate, I am also a member of the school's drama club. Acting has always been a passion of mine and I have been involved in numerous school plays and performances. I love the thrill of being on stage and bringing a character to life. It has taught me the importance of teamwork and dedication.
Outside of school, I enjoy playing the piano and painting. Music and art have always been a creative outlet for me and I find them to be a great source of relaxation and inspiration.
Looking towards the future, I have big aspirations. I plan to pursue a degree in English literature and continue to explore the world of literature and writing. I hope to become a published author one day and share my stories with the world.

To begin with, I come from a multicultural background. My mother is Chinese and my father is American, which has exposed me to both Eastern and Western cultures from a young age. I consider myself fortunate to have this unique perspective and it has shaped my worldview in many ways.
I have always had a passion for languages and communications. I have been studying English for as long as I can remember, and I have also studied Mandarin and Spanish. Aside from academics, I am involved in several extracurricular activities. I am a member of the school's basketball team and have been playing since freshman year.
