一、简历的主要要素
HR在筛选简历时一般会重点注意几项内容:应聘者的期望;公司招聘岗位所需素质相关的表现,如学习成绩,社会工作经历,体现个人优秀素质的独特经历;另外,也注意教育背景,学历,专业,毕业的大学;如果需要面试,应聘者的一些基本信息不可少,姓名,联系方式等。
由此可见,一份简历至少要包括以下几个方面的内容:
1、应聘的岗位或求职希望;
2、基本信息:姓名、性别、联系方式(邮寄地址和邮编,联系电话,电子邮件);最好留下手机并保持手机畅通。
3、教育背景:最高学历,毕业院校,专业。
4、与应聘岗位需求素质有关的表现、经历和业绩等,最好主题突出,条理清楚地写下来。
5、最后,可以附上有关证明材料的复印件,如获得奖学金、优秀干部、实习鉴定、专业资格证书和发表过的论文的复印件。
二、简历的`重要点
写简历前将自己在大学的学习、社会工作和生活仔细回想一遍,写下有亮点的事情。如成绩优秀,获得过奖学金或者获得过什么竞赛奖励等;如参加过学生会工作、学生社团工作,到哪些单位实习过,组织过什么活动,取得什么业绩等;如自己在大学里做过什么有意义的事等。找出自己与众不同的地方,找出能反映自己良好素质的成绩或实践活动。
然后根据所应聘的岗位和公司进行一定的筛选和修改。打个比方,如果是应聘技术型的工作,重点是要突出你的专业成绩、实践能力、团队精神等。简历上应该体现你的专业成绩,曾经做过的与应聘岗位有关的项目及所取得的成绩,或在专业刊物上发表的论文;另外,也可以稍加一点你参加的社会活动,表现你的团队合作精神。如果是应聘销售类的工作,重点要突出你的沟通能力、人际交往能力和不服输的精神。简历上应体现你的社会活动业绩,你曾经做过的兼职,以及你因为坚持和毅力取得的成绩。
总之简历最重要的是要有针对性。这个针对性有两层含义:首先简历要针对你所应聘的公司和职位;其次是你的简历要针对你自己,写出自己在大学的亮点。
三、简历的形式
形式上要整洁、美观
一般岗位的简历需要太花哨,重要要有内容。对于一些特殊的岗位,如设计类,公关类,策划类的岗位,简历形式可以做得别出心裁,与众不同。
一般不需要太多,重要要突出重点。上述的1-3项内容最多只能写2页A4纸,一般要打印出来,字体为五号或小四号。简历有没有封面没有关系,很多HR并不希望有封面和塑封的简历,看起来要抽出其中的简历比较费时间。
谈了简历的重要点、内容和形式后,谈谈HR不希望看到的几种简历,以便在写简历避免:
1、空洞、缺乏事实和数字支持的简历。如写了很多长处,做事认真,能吃苦耐劳,具有团队精神、创新精神,适应能力强,沟通能力强……等等。这些空洞的词句HR是比较反感的。与其写这些,还不如写你做过什么学生工作,组织了什么活动,取得了什么成绩,兼职销售过多少产品、拿过什么奖学金等一些事实和数据。
2、花了很多笔墨介绍学校、专业,列出专业课而没有成绩,很少写到个人。这样的简历只适合从来没有招过大学生的单位。对于绝大多数企业HR,他们关心的是应聘者你个人的特点和能力。
3、散文式的简历。简历象一篇散文或记叙文,看起来很费力,找不出重点,诗情画意的词很多,表示态度的词很多,而事实和数字很少,条理不清楚。
4、装帧精美但内容毫无新意。也许彩色打印,精美的印刷可以让人从一堆简历中拿出来看一眼,但如果内容不合要求,也要扔到一边,并让人觉得应聘者名不副实。况且
精美装帧的简历一份成本也比较高。
5、千篇一律、比较模糊的复印件。让人觉得对应聘企业和岗位并不重视,你的简历也很难得到HR的重视。
最后要说的是,一是在递交简历时与面试官的简单而恰当的交谈可以增大获得面试的机会,要重视与接收简历的面试官的简单交谈。二是即使简历没有被筛选上,对自己非常向往的岗位也可以去争取面试机会。尤其是销售类、公关类的岗位。可以估计到HR举行面试的时间,打电话要求面试或直接上门寻找机会和面试官见面。
