My name is Lisa and I am a middle school student. I am excited to have the opportunity to introduce myself to all of you today.
I am 13 years old and I live in a small town in China. I come from a family of four, including my parents, my younger brother, and myself. My parents are both teachers, so education has always been a priority in our family. They have instilled in me the importance of hard work and determination.
I am currently in the 8th grade and I really enjoy studying English. It is one of my favorite subjects because I find it fascinating to learn about different cultures and communicate with people from all around the world. I have been learning English for about 4 years now, and I am proud to say that I have made significant progress. Although it can be challenging at times, I never give up and always strive to improve my language skills.
In addition to my academic pursuits, I am also involved in various extracurricular activities. I am a member of the school choir and I love to sing. Music has always been a passion of mine and I find it to be a great way to express myself. I also enjoy playing sports, particularly basketball and badminton. These activities not only keep me physically active, but also teach me important values such as teamwork and perseverance.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. We often go hiking or have picnics in the park. I also love reading books, especially mystery novels. They allow me to escape into different worlds and stimulate my imagination.
In the future, I hope to continue my English studies and become fluent in the language. I also aspire to travel to English-speaking countries and experience their cultures firsthand. Ultimately, my goal is to become a translator or an interpreter, so that I can help bridge the gap between different languages and cultures.
