我今年35岁，本科学历，中共党员，会计师职称，现任我厂出纳，兼工会出纳、文建印刷器材经营部出纳和文建印刷厂青年服务部主管会计。这次我选择竞聘厂财务处处长岗位。在参加竞聘之前，我曾经问了自己三个问题：
1.我为什么要参加此次竞聘?
2.我凭什么参加此次竞聘，我的竞争优势在哪里?
3.如果竞聘成功，我能为厂里做些什么?
我想只要解决了这三个问题，我就可以胜任这个岗位，就能在这个岗位上为我厂做出更大的贡献。下面，我就向各位汇报一下我是如何看待这三个问题的。
一、我为什么要参加此次竞聘?
首先，我热爱这份工作，并且有做好这份工作的强烈信心。
伟 大的物理学家爱因斯坦曾经说过：“兴趣是最好的老师，信心是成功的源泉”。我想，要想做好任何事情，兴趣和信心都是不可或缺的。从xx年参加工作开始，我 有多个年头在从事财务工作，对财务工作有着一种很深的感情，始终热爱着这份在外人看来虽然枯燥，但在我看来却充满了挑战的工作，并且在自己的岗位上有 出色的表现。我所以参加这次竞聘，原因之一就是，我相信自己在新的岗位上会给我厂的发展做出给更大的贡献。
其次，我认为，自己具有做好这份工作所必备的专业知识。

有句俗话说得挺好，说“姜是老的辣， 酒是陈的香”。丰富的工作经验是一笔十分宝贵的财富。在我看来，它同样也是一个人工作能力的重要体现。xx年我毕业后被分配到山东省济南无线电厂工作，先 后担任工厂出纳、材料会计、成本会计、综合(主管)会计;xx年调入新华印刷厂，xx年调厂财务科，干过出纳，电算会计及报表(主管会计)及厂三产部门文 建印刷厂青年服务部主管会计，碧海蓝天贸易公司主管会计。在这二十年的工作中，我有十几年是在与财务打交道，这使我积累了丰富的工作经验和资源，无论是实 际工作，还是组织管理，都能够做到游刃有余。
二、我凭什么参加此次竞聘，我的优势在哪里?
众所周知，既然是竞聘必然会“有上有下”，而只有对我厂的发展作用最大的竞聘者才应该最终留下来。那么，我的优势在哪里呢?“事实胜于雄辩”，我将结合自己的工作经历，从以下三个方面进行汇报：
1、财务工作经验丰富，具有很强的应对及处理各种问题的能力。
工 作xx年来，我所从事的工作基本上都是企业财务工作。作为一名在企业财务战线上工作了多年的财务工作者，我对企业财务工作已经是非常熟悉，不管是一般 纳税人工业企业会计核算，还是小规模纳税人商业企业会计核算，等等，我都能够做到得心应手，碰到比较难处理的问题我也都能够凭借自己扎实的专业知识和女性 所特有的耐心、细心等特点，使问题得到有效解决。
2、具有较强的内外部沟通和协调能力。
作为一名部门领导人，必须具有很 强的沟通和协调的能力，只有这样才能充分调动部门员工的积极性，最大效率地整合企业的各项资源，从而为企业的发展创造最为优越的环境。由于工作关系，最近 几年我负责跑银行和税务部门，跑外的工作比较多，这就使我形成了一个较好的社会各界关系网。以往的工作中，我本着以心交心，以心换心，真诚对待每一个朋 友，使我与银行、税务等部门的关系处得比较好，并且与它们的工作人员也建立了很深的个人友谊。在厂内部，我以身作则，随和坦诚，与人为善，与上级和同事之 间的沟通交流还是比较到位的，工作也是比较愉快的。
3、具有一定的工作能力，能出色完成厂交给的各项任务。
对于企业来讲，一个人的能力最终要落脚到工作中去。我认为，一个员工或一个领导，是否能在特定的岗位上，对企业做出了出色的贡献，还要看他在工作中的实际表现。过去工作的经历证明了我的工作能力是出色的，同时也给了我参加本次竞聘的强烈信心。

1、发挥自身优势，为企业争取更多的发展资金
首先我要针对目前工厂资金紧缺，仅能应付日常开支的严峻情况，利用自己这些年来工作中形成的良好的关系渠道，借人民银行及各大商业银行扩大对中小型企业优惠贷款这一有利时机，充分调动各方面的关系，千方百计使企业获得银行的贷款，为企业的发展提供资金上的保障。
2、强化财务管理，提高资金使用效益。
我 将在厂领导的正确领导下，完善各项管理制度，制定行之有效的规范化管理实施方案。通过健全、完善岗位目标责任制和质量考核监督机制，严格业务操作程序，强 化财务监督检查手段，以及对各项费用严格按定额计划控制，对成本升降情况进行详细分析，把资金用对、用准，提高资金使用效益，保证我厂的经济效益最大化。
3、做好会计核算，防止各种违纪违规现象的发生。
我 认为，要加强财务收支计划控制与分析，一是要准确及时审核收支情况，及时对财务数据进行分析，为领导正确决策提供可靠依据。二是要严格按照责权发生制原则 审核有关报表。三是要建立统一的会计核算制度。鉴于我厂的部门比较多，财务相对复杂一些，只有建立起一套完整、统一的会计制度，才能在我厂内部上下之间进 行有效的信息沟通，以进一步实现厂里对财务的集中控制，防止各种违纪违规现象的发生。
4、把强化成本意识，加强成本管理。
成 本核算是财务核算的一个重要组成部分，目前我厂成本核算还是二十几前的老办法，比较笼统和粗糙，随着市场经济的发展，已经落伍了。为此，我将把成本意识摆 在首位，牢固树立降低成本是提高经济效益的根本途径的思想，在强化职工安全、生产、提高产品质量的同时，加强管理者、生产者的成本意识，树立与市场经济相 适应的成本观念;通过设立主要材料节约奖，鼓励工人采取有效措施，大幅度降低原材料消耗。同时做好税收筹划工作，做到合理避税，提高企业效益。
5、做好对外协调，创建和谐发展环境。
财务处是厂经济执法部门,处理好内部管理与外部尤其是与税务部门的关系至关重要。为此，我将利用自己在以往工作中形成的关系网络加强与银行、税务部门的沟通与交流;同时也做好与各车间和科室的工作人员的沟通与交流，为我厂创造一个和谐的内外部环境。
6、以科技为先导，加强财会电算化建设。
财 会电算化已经成为了当今财会工作的发展方向。所以我认为，在这方面，不仅要投入资金进行建设，更重要的是，要区别于传统的财会制度，根据电算化的特点建立 一整套适应电算化工作需要的工作流程和管理制度，使会计人员从繁重的手工劳动中解放出来，以切实提高工作效率和工作水平。
7、以人为本，加强队伍建设。
会 计人员的素质包括职业道德和知识技术素质，不仅要有过硬的专业技能，更应该有良好的职业道德。我将以品德、责任、业务技术三方面的结合为加强队伍建设的根 本内容，采取走出去和互帮互学等多种方式，最终提高会计人员的整体素质。同时，要加强团结，弘扬团队精神，努力把我们财务处建成一个团结、务实、高效、廉 洁、政治强、业务精
、作风硬的团队，以适应我厂不断发展的需要。
