活动主题：以“环保”为主题
活动意义与目的：突出我学院的英语水平，提高学生的学习英语的积极性，同时也为浙江省高职高专英语口语大赛储备人才。
活动形式：初赛、决赛

【英语口语比赛策划书二】
一、指导思想：
为营造良好的校园文化气氛，丰富学生的业余文化生活，展现当代大学生风采，增强学生之间的交流，提高学生英语口语能力和综合素质，培养有理想、有气质、有口才的新时代大学生。
二、参赛对象：全院大专班学生。
三、比赛内容：比赛分即兴演讲与回答问题。即兴演讲每人3-4分钟，回答问题2分钟。即兴演讲题目由大赛组委在学院决赛前十五天公布(专业组八道题，非专业组五道题)。
四、比赛形式：比赛分英语专业组和非英语专业组;比赛分为系初赛、系复赛、院决赛三个阶段。
五、比赛时间：
2、各系复赛于11月10日举行。
六、比赛地点：系初赛、复赛均安排在206多媒体教室举行，学院决赛在大学生活动中心三楼举行。
