A new semester is approaching，and we stand at a new starting point to face more challenges.I know that for many of you in Grade 6，now it is the first semester of middle school life.Because it is my first semester too，it is understandable if are still a little bit nervous.But，actually that is not anything you should be nervous about.If there is a will，there is a way.
Before the new semester，we have already spent three days in school for the military training.During these three days，we not only trained our bodies，but also praticed our minds.The military training let us be well prepared for the study.
And now，we should study conscientiously and enthusiastically.

大家好!
北京初冬，乍寒还暖。在中非合作论坛结束后不久，我们非常荣幸，能相聚在北京语言大学，参加南南合作外派人员外语强化培训班的学习，这个机会来之不易。值此开学典礼之际，我谨代表此次参训的全体学员，向负责组织此次培训工作的农业部、国际合作司以及国际交流服务中心、北京语言大学的各位领导致以崇高的敬意!谨向为我们付出辛勤劳动的授课老师、工作人员表示衷心的感谢!
我们被选派参加此次南南合作外语强化培训班的学习，是幸运的，应倍加珍惜机会。在部里的亲切关怀下，我们所在省市高度重视，精心组织，挑选出我们，应该说我们都是精英。仅就重庆而言，我们是从全市50多个单位选拔推荐的100多名农业科技人员中挑选出来的`。我相信兄弟省市的同行们也是如此。虽然，我们可能在农学、农技、土化、果蔬、畜牧兽医、水产等生产领域有一技之长，在农业适用技术推广的第一线有较为丰富的实践经验。但是，对大多数学友来说，援外工作可能是第一次。这次培训，不仅能给每位学员提供迅速提升知识能力的大好机会，而且，能对大家将来工作、学习和发展带来深远的影响。所以，我们全体学员，必须倍加珍惜机遇，争分夺秒，努力学习各方面知识，尤其是语言的能力，迅速提高自身综合技能，适应援外工作的需要。
我们要严格守纪，圆满完成学习任务。援外首先要突破语言关。虽然，大家都是各地的农业科技骨干，但目前，我们所掌握的外语水平与援外工作交流对话的要求还有较大的差距。因此，我们此次参加强化外语培训的每一位学员一定要正视差距，克服困难，发扬特别能吃苦、特别能战斗的精神，严格遵守培训纪律，上好每一天课。我坚信，在农业部、国际服务交流中心
和北京语言大学培训部的关心和教导下，通过全体学员的共同努力和刻苦学习，一定能取得较大的进步，实现人人过关，给部里和地方交上一份满意的答卷。
我们肩负使命，责任重大。南南合作是我国开展农业国际合作与交流一个窗口。近年来，通过联合国粮农组织、我国政府和受援国政府共同实施的“南南合作”项目，极大促进了当地农业和农村经济的发展，受到了广泛盛誉和欢迎。因而，能参加“南南合作”项目的实施，给予受援国技术等方面的援助成为我们当今农业科技人员责无旁贷的历史使命。我们这次参训的全体学员，承载了祖国和人民的寄托和期望。我坚信，通过这次强化培训，每位学员一定能增强本领，并将中国人民吃苦耐劳、开拓进取的优良传统和先进、适用的农业科学实用技术传递给非洲人民，完成党和人民赋于我们的历史重任，将中非人民的友谊发扬光大。
