  我担任一年到六年级英语科目。这一个月来,自己工作上兢兢业业,尽职尽责,完成了学校分配的各项工作,现对自己的工作回顾如下:

  一、政治思想

  遵守学校的规章制度。学习和研究新课程标准、理念、观点,注重在教学实践中的.灵活应用,理论联系实践,研究学生的学习情况。做到了学习与教学的有机结合。

  二、教学工作

  在教学工作方面,认真研究教材教法。研究新课程标准。我认真备课、上课、批改作业,做到精讲精练。本月我接受了兴隆区教研员的听课,并进行评课,接受了新教育改革思想。同时开通了个人教学博客,及时的更新知识,共享平台,与大家共同进步。根据上级指示制定了《推进素质教育、减轻学生课业负担》计划,通过课上的讲解,切实减轻学生的课业负担,注重个体差异。注重学生的学法指导,加强学生的基本能力的培养,使学生会学习、爱学习、把学习的主动权交给学生。
