实习期间,我的指导老师是英语教师---- ----,实习科目--小学英语三年级和六年级下册,实习班级--三年级一班和二班这期间,上级领导刘校长对我们这批实习生特别关注,严格规定一周给出我们至少两节试讲课程,同时王老师在教学方面上毫不保留地告诉我教学中的各个环节及教授技巧,这充分给了我一个学习锻炼的机会。同时王老师给我自习课去

王老师教学经验丰富,上课语言生动精炼,课堂气氛活跃,这些使我深感压力之大。但是面对压力,我没有选择逃避而是迎接挑战。在此期间,我的工作就是听教师的课--写教案--试讲--修改--试讲,这样反复练习,完善,直到把一节课要讲的内容练到烂熟于心为止。这让我真正体会了:“台上十分钟,台下十年功”这句话的内涵。为了确保实习万无一失,不误人子弟,在实习期间,我认真准备,刻苦钻研,虚心接受老师的教导。
1、预备阶段
为了融入学生这个大的班集体,我让两个班的班长给我画了一份学生的座位表,因为我知道,记不住学生的名字,看似小事,其实它在学生眼中是很重要的,如果记不住学生的名字,学生就会觉得自己在老师心中没有地位,老师不重视自己,老师不关心自己,甚至会产生隔阂。在前面两周听课的时间里,我就抓紧时间把每个学生和他们的名字对上号。所以我在第一次上课的时候叫学生起来回答问题都没有叫错名字,下课后同学们都围着我问:“老师,你怎么才来就知道我们的名字呀?”有些学生还抱侥幸心理,以为我不
知道他的名字,等我叫出他的名字时,都大吃一惊,这也是我们班学生最佩服我的地方,这也使我明白了:沟通是一种重要的技巧和能力,时时都要巧妙运用。
认识一个人,首先要记住对方的名字。了解一个人,则需要深入的交流。而这些,都要自己主动做。下课后,孩子们经过我时,都敬个礼再亲切地喊一声:“老师好!”,我都觉得心情很愉快,原来快乐竟如此简单,只因被一群天真的孩子们认可。
2、听课阶段
这个阶段算是我做的比较好的了吧,在校听课四十余节以上。听课是自己提升教学能力的捷径。通过听别人上课,学习他们处理教材的手法,汲取他们的教学经验,和他们一起探讨讲课技巧,将他们的教学方法运用于自己的教学之中,提高自己的教学水平。所以开学初期,我一边摸索着上课的同时,一边听课,努力向学校老师的学习教育方法和教学经验。在听课之后思考假如这堂课是我自己上,又该怎么设计,进行前后对比。实时调整授课节奏,授课方法。
3、试讲阶段
大多数人看来上一节课,无非就是经过“备课(写教案)
--试讲--上课--接受学生反馈的信息--评讲”这样一个流水线。看起来简单,可其中每个环节又有很多小细节,稍有不慎可能与上课目标背道而驰。
首先是备课,写教案。在上课之前,我从备课的三个环节入手,反复遍读相关教材,尽量使自己对教材内容了如指掌。大量阅读的书籍,收集相关的信息;给学生一个内容充实、丰富、生动、活泼的课堂,使学生能够在轻松愉快的气氛中学习。完成备课后,交由指导教师,检查修改,继续完善教案。通过自己的努力和指导教师的指导帮助,备课阶段基本上完成的还算做得不错。
其次上课,起到教学主导作用,既要将知识教给学生,还要处理应急事件,掌控整个课堂。上课时导入时关键,一个好的开头就有一个好的结尾。为了能激起学生兴趣,我通常采用的导入形式尽量做到新颖又独特,情节搞笑但又和课堂知识点紧密结合,学生在开心的同时也会思考问题,进而激起学生学习兴趣,提高课堂效率大大提高。整个课堂上尽量保持微笑,时常与学生交流,拉近教师与学生之间的具体;语言上尽量做
到通俗易懂的,抑扬顿挫,方便学生理解,激起学生的注意力。给学生一个轻松愉快的学习环境。
当然上好一堂课,任务设计也是关键。根据知识结构的不
同,采用不同的教学方法,设计不同的教学情景,选择合适的教学媒体,在情景中我也设置了不同的任务,这些任务都是围绕情景展开,任务环环相扣,贯穿课堂的始终,用任务来不断激发学生的成就感,更好的调动了学生的积极性。
