当初担任六年级3个班的英语课我曾经退缩过,可正是张校长的那句话使我一直坚持到现在:“我相信你能行”,今年的工作劲头和热情一点也不亚于去年,因为自己肩上的责任,因为领导的信任和同事的支持,我一定会坚持不懈的努力,使六年级英语教学成绩再创佳绩,圆满完成学校下达的本学年的教育教学目标任务。

三个班的英语,在教学中我如何做的呢?

一、开学初选好课代表,我告诉学生,英语课代表就是老师,谁不尊敬课代表就是不尊重老师。在平时,多教课代表如何布置作业,如何落实,使课代表明白自己的责任和重要性,从而服务于本班的英语教学。

二、挑选英语基础好责任心强的学生为小组长,小组长全面负责本组的英语学习,包括单词读音,背诵、纠错等;

三、上课。课堂上我总讲究本节课所定目标的落实,哪怕学习很少的内容也要力求做到每个同学都掌握。英语上有小组对话

练习,我就实行加分制,一个对话练习正确得5分,错一处扣一分,然后再把班分成四个大组进行竞争,一个月后对4个大组进行总结,表彰得分最多的大组,可以在周末作业布置对本大组布置点作业。

四、 任务落实。130多个学生,对于学习任务我该如何落实呢?主要依靠课代表和小组长,还有个大组选的检员。在任务落实上我做到:基础知识人人过关,重点知识人人掌握。每一单元开始学习时要求全体学生单词人人过关,每个学生的单词都要会读,而且是我亲自落实;我在辅导时间重点落实各班的4号同学,保证他们基础知识必须过关。

五、批改作业。英语作业主要是面批,有错误直接指出来并纠正。小组长批改,我检查,发现一处错误本人和组长都罚超3遍在练习本上。

总之,在去年一年教学经验的基础上,我会继续在前进中多找路子,我总想一句话,方法总比困难多,我一定会加倍努力的工作,圆满完成学校下达的教育教学目标任务。
