一、校本教研是中心任务
校本教研是教研组的任务解决学校英语科存在实际教学题目。今年初一、初二两个年级全部采用新教材,往年英语中考试卷也逐渐渗透新理念的题型(开放性)。所以新学年我们组主要围绕以下3个问题进行教研活动。
1、教师作为课改第一线的实践者是否理解并接受新的教育理念,把握与课改相应的教育方式和教学技术。
2、如何按照新课标理念实施新教材。A.新教材和我们学生的实际存在哪些问题?B.在实践新的教学模式“英语任务型教学”的课改实验中存在着哪些问题?
3、如何构建英语教学和应试的***同一。
关于问题1:
1)、什么是校本教研?我们的校本教研研究什么问题?(预备周)
2)、新教材结构的解读?3)、新课标下英语教学模式实验。4)、实践新教材的一些总结与反思。5)关于任务型教学模式一些课堂教学环节、方法的论文探讨。6)、青年教师实践新教材,新教法的体会心得等等。

关于英语教学与学生评价:
现在中考仍然是成绩说话,社会对学校评价也是
中考成绩。安新课程教,怕中考滑坡,继续按应试一套,又是时代潮流,如何使这两者和谐同一是一个棘手的问题。但从05年实验区英语科中考试卷分析,中考的命题原则根据新课程标准。试卷的选材,考点的设计,题型、考试内容都是按照新课标要求进行命题,从这个趋势我们斗看到了教学与考试已朝着同一和谐的方向前进。二、关于毕业班的工作
今年是英语科过渡教材最后的一年,但是中考命题近两年命题的思想已向新课标转向,也就是能力题的比重在不断增加,语言形式的见擦黑通过具体语境中呈现。所以我们首先要密切追踪中考的信息,认真研究实验区试题的结构、题干、题型、内容,分数分布。重视中考命题思想的转变。其次我们要继续发扬原来狠抓基础知识的优良传统,上学期主要的任务是完成初三教材的内容,由于初三的一些语言知识难度较大。中考的语言知识检查主要侧重于基础内容,所以我们对于教材内容要公道取舍,调整,对中考要求的内容:词汇、语法、句式,要精讲,练透,同时,在教授新课的同时不断渗透温习初一、初二语言知识通过循环温习来扎实打好学生基础。万丈高楼从地起,没有基础就谈不上提高学生英语能力。这个目标是新课程也会是中考评价主要目标,技能和能力的培养需要的是细水长流,持之以恒的实践,所以我们在教学中要有意识有计划渗透对学生能力的培养,贯彻在每一堂课,天天的作业和每单元的测试中。
三、关于教学常规
1、青年教师的培训,我们英语组大多数是青年教师,如何在较短时间让他们站稳讲台、形成特定这是一个迫切的任务。
规范每个教学环节,是促进青年教师长大的关键。45分钟的课堂质量,结合学校一系列的常规听课和我们科组自己新课程的实验课的活动,公然课能使老师课前充分预备,课堂上要有优秀表现——在新课导进、呈现、双边活动课堂控制,教学密度、广度、深度优化各种媒体的运用,语言表述,课的设计的特色等一系列教学基本功都能得到不同程度的提高。
2、集体备课。统一精度,统一要求,统一练习,统一考试,统一评分为融合各种思想,老师有经验,新教师有创新,取长补短,群策群力,构建出科学、公道、符合我们的学习实际,规范的教案。通过这些“统一”的制度化来规范我们的教学行为,使得我们对学生的评估有效性更高。
3、作业检查。我们要求作业的密度要适中,重在作业布置的质量。作业的内容要紧扣教材,要能让学生巩固课堂学习知识,题型要灵活多样,让学生能从不同角度练习语言知识,提倡最野渗透培养学生的学习能力,创设一些符合新课标理念的开放性的新题型,让学生在平时的练习中熟悉这些能力题,让学生实践和运用中获得综合运用英语的能力。要求作业批改要详批、点批,评价,检查相结合;通过作业及时反馈学生的学习情况,发现存在的问题,找出应对的措施,防止学生出现积重难返的情况。
