活动目的:本次特殊英语角目的在于营造良好的英语学习氛围,增加同学们学习英语的的兴趣,引导同学们在第二课堂进一步提高英语口语水平,同时扩大英语角活动在全校范围的影响,吸引更多的同学参与到英语角活动中来。
活动时间:20**年×月×日
活动地点:B区共青团广场
参与对象:福建师范大学全体在校学生、大外部老师。
主办单位:校学生会学习部。
承办单位:化学与材料科学院学习部 公共管理学院学习部。
具体流程:
(一)前期准备
1、与化材院和公管院学习部负责人开会讨论活动具体事宜。
3、由承办学院各自负责设计、制作小张宣传单(A4纸)各60张。小张宣传单的内容包括:本期英语角主题、时间(3月26日晚7点)、地点(B区共青团广场)、主办单位(校学生会学习部)、承办单位(化材、公管学习部)。周一前将传单完成,并将电子版发至校学习部负责人 ×× 邮箱中(E-mail:)。确定无误后打印。
4、承办学院须在周二中午前将制作完成的小张宣传单交给校学习部相关负责人,该负责人联系学校各学院学习部部长,让他们派有关人员于周二下午某一时段到某楼(时间、地点以具体通知为准)领取宣传单,并在周三之前应将宣传单贴到各自学院的宣传栏上进行宣传,保证各楼道都有。
5、承办单位须在周二中午之前将大张宣传海报制作完毕,并联系校学习部相关负责人( ××?? ),由校学习部提供展板和胶纸,共同将其张贴到展板上(两块展板均放于B7楼管处),贴完后由校学习部两名男生将展板搬到B区广场和千叶园食堂门口进行宣传。在展板展出期间大家要注意保护展板,上下课期间若见展板被风吹倒应主动扶起。
6、于周三下午,由公共管理学院派人与校学习部负责人联系(由校学习部提供背景文字和胶纸),将背景文字拿到舞台贴好,并将由校学习部做好的横幅挂上。化材院人员负责英语角结束时将背景文字和横幅拆下来,并交至校学习部负责人手中。
7、每个承办学院应至少应准备20个各色水桶和蜡烛届时用于布场。(水桶注意做好学院标记,蜡烛应多于水桶数以便用于替换)
8、由 ××学院准备一套音响设备,十米左右的插排和英文歌曲。在活动正式开始前,大概6点半左右播放英文歌曲,以吸引更多同学参与英语角活动。
9、由承办学院各自提供××盏台灯与××米插排,用于当日晚上照明。
10、校学习部提供气球与绳子,装扮现场之用。
(二)活动现场
2、两个承办学院的相关负责人须在周四晚5:30前到现场布置场地,主要工作包括:
(1)用各自带来的桶到西区田径场装沙(注意:桶内沙的量以能使蜡烛牢固站立为准,不宜太少以防蜡烛倾倒烧坏水桶,也不宜过多使得照明效果不佳)。
(2)舞台上应摆放三至四个桶用于照亮背景文字。台下,用剩余的水桶在外围围成一圈,营造气氛。
(3)检查音响设备,连接好插排,台灯。于六点左右开始播放英文歌曲,于英语角外教到来时将音响音量调小。
(4)六点时将蜡烛插入桶内(每桶一支蜡烛),大约于六点四十五分点燃蜡烛(具体以天气状况为主,天黑即可点)。
3、活动过程中,由校学习部负责人总负责现场状况,例如对突发状况的应急处理。承办学院学习部负责人主要负责本场活动的现场秩序与道具维护,具体包括:
(1)不断巡视,注意水桶和桶内蜡烛等道具的维护,及时更换燃烧完毕的蜡烛。若出现意外状况如蜡烛倾倒烧坏水桶,由学院学习部自行负责。
(2)满足现场外教提出的要求,每个学院提供3瓶矿泉水。
(3)组织人员,协调现场秩序,不应使场面过于冷清,也不可使现场拥挤混乱。
(4)承办学院应自带相机到现场,大张宣传海报
,小张宣传单以及现场的精彩画面,承办学院要负责拍照留底,应于活动结束后将照片发到校学习部的邮箱(E-mail:*****)中。
(三)活动进程
2、开始进行游戏环节

(3)然后进行第二个化材院的比手画脚游戏。游戏规则为:每个外教带领一支队伍,每支队伍6-8人,由化材院为每组准备好一个短语或一个句子,外教排头,除外教外其他人不允许看到板上的短语或句子。外教根据所给短语或句子进行游戏,不得出声,只能用肢体语言表达该短语或句子的意思,然后比划给下一个人看,下一个人根据其表演猜测短语或句子的意思,再比划给下一个人,以此类推。一个人比划同时只允许比划者下一个人看,其他人必须背对比划者。最后由最后一个同学用英语表达出前面同学表演所要表达的意思。意思最相近的队伍获胜。由主持人宣布结果,获胜队有小礼品相赠。
3、歌曲环节结束后进入群舞环节,由外教带动大家跳些简单的舞,将气氛推向高潮。此环节音乐由化材院提供。舞蹈也应先与外教协调后确定。
(四)后期收场:
1、由校学习部两个男生负责在活动结束后将展板收回至B7楼下。
2、化材院相关人员负责将舞台上的背景文字拆下,放于B7楼管处。
3、承办学院将水桶内的沙倒回原处后,将各自的桶与蜡烛收回。
4、收场时间9点半左右。回收各自的海报与台灯插排等物资。
5、校学习部人员负责打扫现场卫生。

七、英语角规定及要求:
1、在英语角必须用英语讲话,尽量大胆地说英语。
2、参加英语角的同学要有一个专门的笔记本记录在英语角所学到的一些小知识,以便对自己的英语学习有帮助。
3、严禁说脏话,严禁打架斗殴等不良行为的出现,严格遵守英语角纪律。
4、严禁乱扔垃圾,保持英语角场地环境卫生。
5、每位参加英语角的同学找一位固定的学习伙伴,以便随时随地练习英语口语。
