纸上得来终觉浅,尽(此事要躬行。大学里课堂上学的教育学、心理学终究只是理论知识,英语的听说读写译技能的练习也只是知识技能的输进(而教育实习是一个实践与输出的过程,这六周的实习自己是真切的体验到了知易行难,也从短短的实习里学到了受用一生的做事方法。
实习前老师给我们布置了几个实习任务,那么这个教育实习就从这几个方面来谈谈自己的体会吧。
一、课堂教学
1、听课
9号往(学校,朱校长将自己带到了指导老师那,说是高一的英语组组长尤老师。一听是组长,有些忐忑起来,所幸见到老师和悦的样子给自己讲各种各样的事宜,渐渐便平静了心情。实习的第一天便是听课。这时候的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生,听了各色各样的老师讲课,或严谨或幽默,或深进(出,或步步深进(习惯了听课只
是记笔记,学知识,从来没有留心往(察老师上课的方法。尤老师讲课声音很宏亮,我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是习题的评讲。那些题目自己做倒是能做上,只是要自己讲出个所以然来却非常困难。尤其是那些什么先行词、介词、连词之类的术语,自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读,很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本,当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了,发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片,没有形成整体的结构框架,不知道怎样串起来,也不知道哪里是重点。课后说与尤老师,他说都这样的,知识整合成结构系统都是做了教师以后慢慢整理出来的。自己听了稍微宽了心,以后再听课留意下老师的串讲。后来的日子里还往(了张老师、孙校长的课。张老师年轻,讲课时课堂气氛很活泼,孙校长讲课细致,到底是比较有经验。开始以为高中上课也必须全英语的,后来发现实在并不一定都要英语的,适当的汉语解释有助于学生的理解。
2、作业批改
英语的作业主要是英语周报以及课课练的试卷。高中的课程很注重练习。天天都必须一定量的练习练习。英语作业大都是选择题,所以改起来不算麻烦。不过还是发现了自己改作业的缺陷,同样一个班的试卷,别人十来分钟就批完了,自己恁是要花上个把个小时。后来还是尤老师教了自己,原来批改作业也有方法讲究的。若将答案写在另一张纸上,ABCD答案与试卷答案的间隔一样,批改起来只需将不一致的划掉就可以了,这样批改起来效率果然可以高很多。批改时发现有些题目学生错的比较集中,甚至答案都错到一个选项上,说明那个题目很轻易被误导到那个错选项上。这样讲评时便需要着重讲解。批改作业主要也就是为了了解学生的把握程度,以及查漏补缺吧。
3、课堂教学
大概是第三周的时候,自己有幸终于走上了三尺讲台,开始紧张异常。这真实讲课可与微格教室里的不同,下面真真切切的有六十多双眼睛看着自己呢。我讲的是第三单元的Welcometotheunit.备课时从网上找了很多的课件,然后整理了半天。走到教室时学生齐刷刷都将目光投向了我,先是一小会的骚动,铃声响了教室也安静了下来。随着GoodMorning的进进(自己渐渐不再紧张,只是讲英语时还是眼睛离不开备课笔记,终究还是对自己没有自信。高一的学生还很活跃,教他们讨论题目(都很快的讨论起来,只是还是很难主动自己站起往返答题目(任何时候点名回答题目(是必须的。本来预计将Welcome讲完将Reading也提下的,结果还是没遇上。课后老师说自己讲的还好,学生也挺配合我的,心里面甜丝丝的,倒是惠的实话给了自己一记。她说她坐在后面根本听不清的。自己觉得自己声音已经不小的,后面都听不清,看来若想做教师,这嗓音还是需要练习的。想来老师只是给自己鼓励才那样说的。
后来又讲了两节试卷评讲课,一节单词的讲解。讲习题时明显就发现了自己的不足,知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上往(求解释,还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践,自己固然还是难以把握讲解的方法,总算还是学得了一些。还有一个就是任务型阅读。这是高考新增的题型,高一也开始练习。说白了,任务型阅读主要就是mainpoint的概括,尤老师讲做任务型阅读先要看空,分析出应当填什么词性的单词,然后在原文中找出类似的表达,变换下也就能写出答案来了。特别要留意首字母的大小写。
讲课时时间的安排要紧凑,发现自己讲课时说话太慢,讲的内容少而杂乱,没有形成程序。以后还是要注重锻炼自己的速度,思维要灵敏,做事情要干练。
二、班主任工作
自己并没有实习班主任工作,不过从旁看了些指导老师做的班主任工作。班主任与学生既要亲切又不能失了尊重与敬畏。有一天尤老师将班上的每个人都找来谈了一番话,语重心长,学习生活上有什么困难,学习要留意怎样的方法,数学要重点抓,英语要多读多背之类的都逐一给与建议。有个学生比较内向,一直郁郁寡欢的样子,尤老师劝解了半天也不开口讲话,这样的学生只得慢慢的多加开导,让他心情开朗起来才能愉快学习。
三、了解优秀教师,了解学生情况
办公室的老师们真正是朝五晚九的辛劳一族。天天早上六点多就得到办公室批作业,到班上陪学生早读。晚上陪学生自习到九点半。又是备课,又是批改作业,时不时的还得将学生带到办公室给他们默写。他们默默奉献,将自己的热情献给了教育事业。要想做得好,必须先热爱这份事业。
