一学期匆匆而过,短暂、忙碌却充实,我们兴福英语备课组在各级领导的关怀下,认真学习镇教委和学校的有关教学计划,严格执行教学制度和要求,在工作上扎扎实实、不断创新,团结合作,圆满完成各项任务。同时,我们以“新课标”精神为指导,围绕镇教委和学校提出的各项计划,开展了多种形式的教科研活动,切实提高了教学质量和教师自身的水平。现将本学期的工作汇报如下。
一、团结奋进,资源共享
我们镇英语组是一个年轻化的团体,拥有年轻人的朝气蓬勃和生命力,在工作中拥有一份热情,一股冲劲和韧劲。回顾一年来我组几位教师的工作、学习,很有感触。虽然教学任务重,但大家都有奉献精神,教学资源能够共享,分配任务及时完成,这样一支团结的队伍,是教育教学取得成功的保证。个性是年龄较大的高树盛老师,每次的教研活动都很用心,把所有的工作都做在前面,每次交流发言也毫不吝啬的说出自己的经验心得,是我们年轻教师学习的榜样。
二、拓展教研资料,优化课堂教学
重视教研组群众备课的指导,落实时间、地点、资料。群众备课要讲求实效,突出重点;群众备课要专题化、系列化;教案改革提倡校本化,鼓励教师备个性化教案、实用教案。透过对教师群众备课、教案撰写、教后反思等状况的综合检查来评价教师备课状况。加强群众备课、教后记撰写、案例分析等与教师成长最密切的教研形式,使教师自觉养成在研究状态下工作的职业生活方式。引导教师自觉进行教学反思,相互借鉴学习。继续完善课头间的相互交流,坚持讨论、反思、相互沟过后进行备课,享受资源共享,进一步优化课堂教学。提高课堂教学的艺术性。本学期我们在每次认真群众备课、群众研讨的基础上,分别观摩了高树胜老师、郝秀峰老师、王国娟老师、穆红艳老师执教的交流课。还请博奥的张颖老师送了一节课,博奥的尹晓娟老师给我们做了一次精彩的报告,都令我们受益匪浅。
三、紧抓学科质量,重视课外活动,提高全面素质。
我组教师始终把学科质量摆在首要位置,除了狠抓课堂教学外,还互相交流对差生的.辅导措施,交流中更加明确了要做到定时、定量、定效、定对象,使补差工作不流于形式,真正使差生多学一点,多掌握一点,缩小与其他学生的差距,提高整体水平。同时,还能因势利导注重开展一些有益的课外活动。如在班组中开展“学习优胜小组”的评比活动,从学生的上课、作业、英语潜力等方面加以评分,并及时在黑板上公布,及时给予表扬。极大地激发了学生学习英语的兴趣,提高了学习效果。还能开展一些小型比赛,如“单词默写比赛”、“词汇过关比赛”等,从而提高学生整体素质。
四、存在的不足
1、别人提倡手工备课的环境下,我们仍然坚持群众备课,坚持资源共享,如何做出特色,如何避免教案照抄照搬,不修改等现象,我们需认真思考,因此使群众备课更规范,更体现个性,仍是我们为之而奋斗的一个重要资料。
2、创新意识不够,工作效率不高。

作预见性不够,今后做工作时应多思考、多斟酌、多请教。五、下一步的打算:
1、力求踏实,讲究方法,注重实效。
2、发挥备课组的功能,围绕“三点”搞教研。一方面加大对各个备课组的检查和管理力度,另一方面,强化了备课组的科研职能。以备课组为单位,由点入手,带动全面,加强了以“教学过程中的热点、难点、和疑点”为主题或课题的研讨与交流。教研活动逐步引向深入。
3、想方设法,改善英语教学,提高孩子们的英语学习水平,是我们备课组努力的方向。任务艰巨,但我们会用心去做好每一份工作。我期望有更多的人来加入我们的队伍,为我们备课组的建设添砖加瓦!
